In this yoga class, children playfully discover the world of yoga.
Through child-friendly movements, breathing exercises, and small relaxation practices, they learn to become more aware of their bodies, find calm, and strengthen their self-confidence.
What is encouraged: Concentration, Inner calm, Body awareness and self-confidence, Motor skills and coordination, Mindfulness and social behaviour.

For all children – no previous experience required.
The trainer may contact you directly at the beginning of the course to request a small money contribution for materials needed during the lessons.
