Corona Rules for Participation in Extracurricular Activities – Status: 02.05.2022

When you register your child for the extracurricular activities, you must read these rules. By registering your child, you declare that you accept and will follow these rules.

After a significant relaxation of the Corona rules was decided by the government and the Ministry of Education, we are now allowed to implement them in the extracurricular activities.

  1. All students who are not in segregation are allowed to participate.

  2. The definition of segregation (quarantine and isolation) is determined by the current rules of the state government.
    a. The period of segregation shall be for
aa. household members ten days from the first detection of infection in the primary case,
ab. close contacts ten days from the last contact with the primary case notified to them by the authority.
    b. The period of isolation may be shortened if a negative rapid test result is available
ba. for household members from the fifth day of isolation,
bb. otherwise from the seventh day of isolation.

  3. A rapid antigen test already counts as a positive test; a PCR test does not have to be waited for.

  4. Maintaining a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other persons, adequate hygiene, wearing a medical mask or a respirator (FFP2 or comparable) are generally recommended.

The rules can be adjusted by the Parents’ Association if necessary and depending on the Covid situation.
