Here the booking days for this year’s internal afterschool activities (AAs):

Wednesday, 16 September 2026 – Activities held on Monday and Tuesday

Thursday, 17 September 2026 – Activities held on Wednesday

Friday, 18 September 2026 – Activities held on Thursday and Friday

All three booking days will open at 8:00 PM. Please be online from 8:00 PM and book the AAs you are interested in.

To avoid overloading the website, we divide the booking process into three days. Please be patient if the website does not respond immediately. The system is not designed to handle a very large number of visitors at the same time.

Make sure to purchase the PA fee in advance. Payment of the PA fee is required to book afterschool activities, as it also covers the insurance for your children. The fee is per family, so if you have more than one child, you only need to pay it once. If you have not paid the PA fee in advance, you will not have access to the booking button.

Please do not send an email to our system to pre-book a course, as we are not able to book AAs for you.

After the three booking days, we will organise the clubs and check if they have reached the minimum number of participants. If not, we may have to cancel it.

We will inform you in time via email if your child/children will be in the club or not. We will also update the program on our website, so please check it regularly.

If you are interested in the Music Club or the ZKM semester program, please contact them directly to book a spot.
