You are the superhero and superheroine of your life!\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you want your child to go through life with confidence and stand firm in every situation? Would you like your child to learn how to calm down in the hectic school and family life? My assertiveness and mindfulness course for children offers just that!\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Children learn in a safe and supportive environment:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Build self-confidence:<\/span><\/b> Through playful exercises and positive reinforcement, I help children develop a strong sense of self-worth.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mastering conflict<\/span><\/b>: Your child will learn how to resolve conflicts peacefully and confidently.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Understanding and regulating emotions<\/span><\/b>: I show children how to recognise their feelings and express them appropriately.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Practising mindfulness:<\/span><\/b> We will use simple, child-orientated mindfulness exercises to promote concentration and inner calm.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Why is this course important?\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In our hectic world, it is crucial that children learn at an early age how to assert themselves and be mindful of themselves and their surroundings. These skills are important for everyday life at school and with friends and strengthen emotional well-being, physical health and social skills long term.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I am Maike, mum to a 6-year-old daughter, a qualified assertiveness and resilience trainer and a mindfulness and relaxation trainer for children. My heart beats for the well-being of our children and I have a great desire to support them in going through life full of self-confidence, ready for the challenges that will come and knowing what their heart beats for and where their strengths lie.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
