The Committee Members of the Parents Association are charged with dealing with numerous issues within the Parents Association. Committee members are elected by the General Assembly. Each language section is represented on the Parents’ Association Board.

Board Directors
The Members of the Committee elect a President, vice-President and a Treasurer who are invited to sit on other school committees. The structure and duties of the Board of Directors and the Members of the Committee are specified in the statutes which are valid for all European Schools.

The Parents' Association welcomes anyone who would like to be more involved with the PA. You don't have to be a member to contribute towards the school community but you do have to be a fully paid up member if you wish to have voting rights within the PA.

Once a year in the Autumn term the General Assembly takes place to which everyone is invited. This is a great opportunity to see what the PA does and to meet the Committee members. You can also decide at the general Assembly, if you would like to join and become members of the Association. At the meeting the Committee board members report on the activities from the past school year. Nominations are called for and voting also takes place for the Committee members. Voting rights are restricted to fully paid up members only.

The Committee members meet regularly, once a month throughout the school year and the reports of each meeting are published on the PA website.
