1.Discussion of various topics for attention.
Transition from GS to OS

The representatives from the GS gave an account of the recent developments in the GS to produce a Leitbild , the first step being a questionnaire to recognise the needs for school development and the methods to achieve the necessary change. The representatives from the OS, on the other hand, were agreed that in the OS, a single concrete action for school development would be more appropriate.
As the first theme, transition from GS to OS was proposed. This was for the students a relevant theme and would bring the OS and GS together in a positive co-operation.
2. Transition
The internal co-operation should be improved by, for example, an exchange by OS and GS teachers of teaching practice and methods. All teachers of classes 1 to 3 (OS) should inform themselves of the relevant subject syllabi of the GS. A mentoring system should be further developed to help in the early days of the OS. Structured teaching visits from teachers in OS to GS. Improvement of the room situation (use of set rooms and recreation areas) Support for present Sports Day for class 5(GS) and 1 (OS) Opportunities through visits well planned in advance, to be familiar with the buildings etc of the OS.
